Experience
Bill is a graduate of the Water Resources Management Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the UW Law School. His representation has included the Wisconsin Association of Lakes, Gathering Waters, Inc., the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors and numerous Lake Districts and other local units of government, nonprofit organizations and individuals.
