Robb Leach concentrates his practice on real estate law, business transactions, and representation of cooperatives.
Mr. Leach has experience in real estate title review, resolving title issues, and representing clients in diverse real property law matters. Mr. Leach has worked closely with cities, townships, and counties in the area of municipal law. Prior to joining Wheeler, Mr. Leach advised business clients, including his local cooperative, on issues related to formation, operation, and financing. Additionally, Mr. Leach assisted clients with probate, estate planning, and business transition matters.
Prior to graduating from law school Mr. Leach was a judicial extern for the Honorable Myron H. Bright of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and as a law clerk in Minot, ND. He has worked on his family’s grain farm, as an anaerobic digestion consultant in the Netherlands, and as a commercial loan analyst.
