Jeffrey L. Landsman


Jeff Landsman concentrates his practice on utility (regulation, restructuring and energy law), environmental and real estate matters. Mr. Landsman has a wide variety of experience in both courts and before numerous administrative agencies in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.  His practice areas also include government and cooperatives.

Jeff has practiced with the firm of Wheeler, Van Sickle & Anderson, S.C., since 1977.


Jeff has represented clients in a wide variety of proceedings in both courts and before numerous administrative agencies, including the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, and the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board. He also served on the Wisconsin Legislative Council Special Committee on Utility Public Benefits Programs.
